TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 549 OF 2011 By, Muteti Kimatu Nzulu of P.O. Box 2086, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kimatu Nzulu, late of Matetani, who died at Machakos General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2010. CAUSE NO. 725 OF 2012 By (1) Musau Mulwa Wambua and (2) Harison Muthini Musau, both of P.O. Box 268, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumbua Mulwa, late of Misakwani, Machakos District, who died at Kyambuko, Misakwani Sub-location, on 7th January, 1992. CAUSE NO. 737 OF 2012 By Kavata Kaneke Nzuki, of P.O. Box 92, Kalawa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaneke Nzuki Nzyesya, late of Kalawa, who died at Mbukoni, on 20th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. 771 OF 2012 By (1) Sakaiwua Lanke ole Lentoi and (2) Mohammeed ole Leintoi, both of P.O. Box 1, Kajiado in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leintoi Nkaimutiai Juma, late of Iidamat, who died at Kajiado Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
