NOTICE is given that a petition for an order that Ufanisi Capital and Credit Limited, be wound up under provisions of the Companies Act of the laws of Kenya, was presented to the High Court at Nairobi, Commercial Courts, Milimani, on the 9th Ju;ly, 2012, by Dasahe Investments Limited, and Samuel Warugu Kimotho, a limited liability company and carrying on business in the Republic of Kenya of P.O. Box 985, Nyahururu. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the court sitting at Nairobi, on the 28th September, 2012, at 9.00 O’clock and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for the purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
