NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1827, in Volume DI, Folio 113/1670, File No. MMXII, by my client, Fatuma Hassan Omar, of P.O. Box 172, Marsabit in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Norah Sharun Omar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Norah Sharun Omar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fatuma Hassan Omar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Fatuma Hassan Omar only.
