NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1083, in Volume DI, Folio 114/1872, File No. MMXII, by our client, Lani Mokeira Ngara Bwomosa, of P.O. Box 1323, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mokeira Kellen Nyangweso, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mokeira Kellen Nyangweso, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lani Mokeira Ngara Bwomosa, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lani Mokeira Ngara Bwomosa only.
