NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1084, in Volume DI, Folio 113/1867, File No. MMXII, by our client, Ricky Omosa Ngara Bwomosa, of P.O. Box 1323, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ricson Matiko Bw’onditi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ricson Matiko Bw’onditi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ricky Omosa Ngara Bwomosa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ricky Omosa Ngara Bwomosa only.
