IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (a) of the Kenya Airports Authority Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya appoint— MUTUMA MUGAMBI (PROF.) to be the Chairman of the Kenya Airports Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th September, 2012.
