Kibabii University College Order, 2011, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya appoint—
Migot Adhola (Prof.), Connie Okwisa Mogaka to be Chairman and Vice-Chairperson, respectively, of Kibabii
University College Council, for a period of three (3) years.
