APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Water Act, 2002, the Minister for Water and Irrigation appoints— Reuben M. Muasya, Lucas Nyosoro Obndo, to be members of the Board of Directors of Water Resources Management Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 8th October, 2012. The appointments of Francis Nyenze* and Dave Nyamu†, as members of the Board of Directors are revoked. Dated the 8th October, 2012. C. K.
