APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Water Act, 2002, the Minister for Water and Irrigation appoints— HARISSON MOIPEI TAGO to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tanathi Water Services Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 8th October, 2012.
