REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Khola Binti Abdulla, of P.O. Box 81057, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. MN/VI/1500, 1501, 1502, 1503, 1521, 1522, 1540, 1541, 1542, 1543, 1544, 1545, 1548, 1550, 1551, 2525 and 2526, situate in Mombasa District, by virtue of certificates of title registered as C.R. 10750, 10751, 10752, 10753, 10754, 10755, 10756, 10757, 10763, 10764, 10765, 10766, 10767, 10768, 10769, 10770, 10771/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
