GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 14423

WHEREAS Josia ole Muresi, of P.O. Box 100, Kiserian in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Ol Choro Onyore/2779, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Kajiado in land dispute tribunal case No. 123 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Jimnah Munene Macharia, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer in favour of Jimnah Munene Macharia, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Jimnah Munene Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Josia ole Muresi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
