TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2011 By (1) Nancy Muthoni Karongo and (2) Kevin Kamanga Macharia, both of P.O. Box 32503, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gregory Kabuthi Mutua, late of Kaewa, who died at Kaewa Sub-location, on 11th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2012 By (1) David Ndeto Mulae and (2) Nicholas Mulae Ndeto, both of P.O. Box 40, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndeto Mulae, late of Matungulu, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
