THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS Killian M. Mwangeka, Chief Co-operative Officer, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, was appointed liquidator of Chui Sacco Society Limited (in liquidation) (CS/2124), and whereas the said Killian M. Mwangeka, of P.O. Box 40811, Nairobi, is unable to act as liquidator. Now therefore, I, appoint Suleiman Wandati, Legal Officer, Headquarters, to be liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the said society including such books and documents as are deedmed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
