It is hereby ordered and decreed:
1. That judgement be and is entered in terms of the award by
Lamuria land disputes tribunal delivered on 6th January, 2009.
2. That since Gichuki Kahuria (defendant) is deceased the district magistrates Court at Nanyuki to pursue the cases since it is a succession case and ensure that the title deed which was destroyed is issued to Peter Nyawira Githaka ID/3178089.
