ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Toyota Ceres reg. No. KAP 988E motor vehicle, to take delivery of the said vehicle within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice from the premises of Jow Motors, situated at Makadara Estate, off Jogoo Road, Nairobi, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and related charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty, without further notice, and the proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
