APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (d) of the
Energy Act, 2006, the Minister for Energy Appoints—
Stanley Ngaine, Nassra Abdirahman Haji, to be Commissioners of the Energy Regulatory Commission, for a period three (3) years, with effect from the 20th April, 2012.
