APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister of State for Defence appoints— MAJOR-GENERAL L. K. TUMBO as a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenya Ordnance Factories Corporation (KOFC), for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 11th April, 2012. The appointment of Major-General S.
