REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Philip Nyachoti, of P.O. Box 39252—00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3417 (Original No. 6548) section III MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 44366, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
