THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Ricci, of P.O. Box 119, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 74.3 acres or thereabout, known as L.R. No. 108, situate in Mambrui in Malindi Municipality, Malindi District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 5456/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
