GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5495

WHEREAS Bitutu Okemwa (ID/1724892), of Nyaribari Masaba in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyaribari Masaba/Bonyamasicho/62, situate in the district of Kisii Central, and whereas the chief magistrates’ court at Keroka, under miscellaneous No. 33 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be subdivided and that a piece of land measuring 0.10 hetare or thereabouts be transferred to Edwin Onkoba Zablon (ID/25899868), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificates to the said Edwin Onkoba Zablon, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bitutu Okemwa shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
