Box 268, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithuka Kioko, late of Misakwani, who died at Misakwani, on 6th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2012 By (1) Rebecca Nthemba Katiku and (2) Sila Katiku, both of P.O. Box 144, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Katiku Ngutu, late of Tala Location, who died domiciled in Kangundo, on 26th October, 2011. CAUSE NO. 390 OF 2012 By (1) Agnes Mueni Maluvu and (2) Alois Makau Maluvu, both of P.O. Box 3497–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mutie Masila Maluvu, late of Kanzokea, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya, on 27th November, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
