WHEREAS Francis Njoroge Mwangi, of P.O. Box 333, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of share certificate No. 9264 Mboi-Kamiti Farmers Limited. And whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the share certificate issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of hereof, a new share certificate shall be issued by the said company to Francis Njoroge Mwangi.
