NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th September, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, in Volume DI, Folio 22/365, File No. MMXII, by our client, Mary Njeri Kimari, of P.O. Box 469, Uthiru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Mugure Mburu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Mugure Mburu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Njeri Kimari, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Njeri Kimari only.
