REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sophia Nyandiri (ID/13280600), is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.3800 hetare or thereabouts, known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 5/516, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the senior principal magistrate‘s court at Naivasha under miscellaneous civil application No. 23 of 2002, has issued a court order dated 17th February, 2011, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the P.C.E.A.church, Gilgil Parish and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sophia Nyandiri Ndichu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
