REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Munga Kubo Munga (ID/2121542), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/849, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Malindi in civil suit No. 18 of 2009, has ordered and vested the said piece of land in custody of Munga Kubo Munga, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said William Mathias Kubo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Munga Kubo Munga, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
