ACT

NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the owner of the motor vehicle KAU 355Q–Isuzu to take the delivery of the said vehicle from Joseph J. Gabriel garage, situated at Meru Town along Meru/Makutano Road next to Meru G.K. Prison and opposite Ntutu estate within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage charges, repairs and any other incidental costs including the costs of publishing this notice, failing which the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against any accrued storages and the balance if any shall remain at the owner credit but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable.
