THE KENYA GAZETTE 301 AUCKLAND AGENCIES DISPOSAL OF UNCOLLECTED GOODS PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, notice is hereby given to the owners of the under mentioned motor vehicles: Reg. Nos. KAS 928C Mitsubishi Galant, KAY 956M Land Cruiser and KBB 183D Toyota Corolla, which are lying at the premises of Umar Auto Garage, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken, if the said motor vehicles are collected at the expiry of the notice, they will be sold by public auction or by private treaty without any further notice by Auckland Agencies.
