IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 44 (2) (b) of the Privatization Act, the Minister for Finance appoints— Margaret Gaitirira, Timothy Kipchumba Biwott, to be members of the Privatization Appeals Tribunal for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 2nd July, 2012.
