APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) of the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, the Minister for Roads appoints— Under section 7 (1) (h)— Michael Muturi Karanja, Agnes Monika Solanki, Osman Hassan Ibrahim, Joel Kipkemboi Yego, Consolata Yambo Migowa, Under section 7 (1) (b) to (g)— Executive Director, Kenya Roads Board, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Roads, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of East African Community, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport, to be members of the Board of the Kenya Roads Board for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st September, 2012.
