IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (b), (c), (d) and (e) and section 5 (g) (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of the Engineers Act, 2011, the Minister for Roads appoints— Under section 5 (1) (b), (c) and (d)— Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Roads, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Under section 5 (1) (e)— Julius Marimi Riungu (Eng.), Under section 5 (1) (g) (i)— Dionysius Maina Wanjau (Eng.), Bancy Mbura Mati (Prof), (Eng.), Grace Apiyo Opiyo Onyango (Eng.), Under section 5 (1) (g) (ii)— Abdullahi M. Samatar (Eng.), Under section 5 (1) (g) (iii)— Francis John Gichanga (Prof.) (Eng.), Under section 5 (1) (g) (iv)— Reuben Kiplangat Kosgei (Eng.), Aruna Ashwin Patel (Eng.) to be members of the Engineers Board of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 14th September, 2012.
