REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wanyaga Kaara, of P.O. Box 17, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Othaya/Kihugiru/837, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri, in succession cause No. 927 of 2009, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Joseph Kiundu and (2) two others, all of P.O. Box 17, Othaya, and whereas the title deed issued to the registered proprietor is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and issue a land title deed to the said to (1) Joseph Kiundu and (2) two others, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Wanyaga Kaaara, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
