REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Ogembo Gechoki, of P.O. Box 2851, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.32 hectare or thereabouts, known as Wanjare/Bomorenda/2760, situate in the district of Kisii, and whereas the chief magistrate‘s court at Kisii, in miscellaneous application No. 29 of 2010, has ordered that a portion of land be curved out of parcel Wanjare/Bomorenda/2670, and be transferred to Dominic Ngare Nyabwanga, and whereas all efforts made to have the registered proprietor surrender the title deed that was issued to him in respect of the cited parcel of land have failed, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said documents and issue a land title deed to the said Dominic Ngare Nyabwanga, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Ogembo Gechoki, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
