GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12176

WHEREAS Pinkwa ole Pulei (ID/4555148), of P.O. Box 78, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kajiado/Olchoro Onyore/2979, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Kajiado, under section 8 (b) land dispute tribunal case No. 117 of 2011, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Samuel Njenga Karanja, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer in favour of Samuel Njenga Karanja, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed that was issued to him in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Samuel Njenga Karanja, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Pinkwa ole Pulei, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
