GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12177

WHEREAS Mukoma ole Molesha Ntii, is the registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as Kajiado/Kaputiei-Central/806 and 807, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the court at Kajiado, civil case No. 231 of 2004, has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to Jonathan Muoka Mulala, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer in favour of Jonathan Muoka Mulala, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deeds that were issued to him in respect of the said pieces of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transfer and issue land title deeds to the said Jonathan Muoka Mulala, and upon such registration the title deeds issued earlier to the said Mukoma ole Molesha Ntii, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
