REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Kihara (deceased), of Kyeni in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kyeni/Kigumo/2285, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Judge at Thika courts, in succession cause No. 591 of 2010, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Joshua Mburu Mwangi (ID/5161276), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Joshua Mburu Mwangi (ID/5161276), and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Kihara (deceased), shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
