NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Volvo motor vehicle reg. No. KAC 358Q, currently lying at the premises of Sarakasi Trust at Ngara Road, opposite the Ngara Post Office in Nairobi, to take delivery thereof within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, and to pay all the outstanding amount and incidental costs incurred as the date when the delivery is taken, failure to which, the said motor vehicle will be sold either by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against any accrued costs and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit, buts should there be a shortall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
