NOTICE is given pursuant to section 6 and 7 of the Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Nissan motor vehicle reg. No. KZC 300, chassis No. HGZ 31330200 and engine No. VG-150491 presently lying uncollected at the premises of Supersign Auto Garage of Kapiti Road, South B, Nairobi. Further notice is given that unless the goods are collected within twenty-one days (21) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment to Supersign Auto Garage storage charges and any other incidental costs including the cost of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed by way of auction without any further notice.
