NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 595, in Volume DI, Folio 125/2034, File No. MMXII, by our client, Sejal Amritlal Shah, formerly known as Sajeal Amrital Nathoo Shah alias Sajeal Amritlal Shah alias Sajeal Samir Shah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Sajeal Amrital Nathoo Shah alias Sajeal Amritlal Shah alias Sajeal Samir Shah, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sejal Amritlal Shah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sejal Amritlal Shah only.
