NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th June, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1585, in Volume DI, Folio 112/1846, File No. MMXII, by our client, Yalama Akijar, of P.O. Box 60874–00200, Nairobi in the Repubic of Kenya, formerly known as Livingstone Oramisi Akijar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Livingstone Oramisi Akijar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yalama Akijar, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Yalama Akijar only.
