WHEREAS Abdulkadir Mohamed Monye, of P.O. Box 529, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of known as Mombasa/Block XVIII/232, situate within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title containing 0.037 acre or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
