THE KENYA GAZETTE 2981 THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Mutunga Twanthuku (deceased), is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Nthimbiri/Igoki/106, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 81 of 1980, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jacob Riungu Mutunga, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of Stephen Mutunga Twanthuku, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the name of Jacob Riungu Mutunga, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Mutunga Twanthuku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
