GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11476

WHEREAS Josephine Wairimu Ng‘ang‘a, of P.O. Box 45519, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Ngong/Ngong/9337, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in civil suit Nos. 3654 of 1991 and 3359 of 1993, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Gladys Wamuhu Mwaura, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Gladys Wamuhu Mwaura, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Gladys Wamuhu Mwaura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Josephine Wairimu Ng‘ang‘a, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
