GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11481

WHEREAS M‘Irura M‘Mugaine (deceased) is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nkuene/ Mitunguu/ 674 and 672 and Nkuene/ Nkumari/1628,respectively, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court at Kenya in succession cause no. 2430 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Stephen Kaai M‘Irura , and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL 19 and whereas the title deed in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of M‘Irura M‘Mugaine is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of RL.19 in the name of Stephen Kaai M‘Irura and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M‘Irura M‘Mugaine (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect Dated the 17th August, 2012.
