AN AGENT OF NORTHERN WATER SERVICES BOARD REGULAR TARIFF ADJUSTMENT THE Water Services Regulatory Board has approved a Regular Tariff Adjustment for Water and Sewerage tariffs for implementation THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th August, 2012 3040 3040 by Isiolo Water And Sewerage Company Limited in line with sections 47 and 73 (5) of the Water Act, 2002. By extension therefore, Northern Water Services Board gives a two month notice from the date of this Notice to all existing and potential water and sewerage customers that the current tariffs have been adjusted and will be implemented after the expiry of two months from the date of the notice.
