NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 3 of the Transfer of Business Act (Cap. 500) of the laws of Kenya that it is intended that all of the plant, machinery, tools, equipment, furniture, fittings, computers, chattels, vehicle and other movable assets (hereinafter together called the (―assets‖) in relation to the ice cream manufacturing and selling business which is carried on by Italian Gelati Kenya Limited of P.O. Box 41580–80100, Mombasa, Kenya (the ―intended transferor‖) on plot No. Mombasa/Block XLVIII/40 (―the property‖), Mombasa, be sold and transferred by way of sale to Italian Gelati and Food Products Limited (the ―intended transferee‖) of P.O. Box 99029–80107, Mombasa, Kenya, who will carry on a similar business using the assets 17th August, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE on the property. The address of the intended transferor is P.O. Box 41580–80100, Taib Abdulla Nassir Road, Mombasa, Kenya. The address of the intended transferee is P.O. Box 99029–80107, Venus House, Mwakilingo Street, Mombasa, Kenya. The intended transferee is not assuming nor is it intended to assume any of the debts or liabilities incurred in the ice cream manufacturing and sellling business or any other business of the intended transferor upto and including the date of the transfer and the same will be paid and discharged by the intended transferor.
