Box 28875–00200, Nairobi in the Repubic of Kenya, formerly known as Josphine Moraa Nyamwea, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josphine Moraa Nyamwea, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maureen Mumbi Nyambura, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maureen Mumbi Nyambura only.
