NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd April, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 831, in Volume DI, Folio 132/2211, File No. MMXII, by our client, Abdikadir Yusuf Gabara, of P.O. Box 4658, Makongeni, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdi Rashid Yusuf, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Rashid Yusuf, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdikadir Yusuf Gabara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdikadir Yusuf Gabara only.
