IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 10 (1) (d) of the Energy Act, the Minister for Energy appoints— KEREN KANUTHU KABERERE (DR.) to be a Commissioner of the Energy Regulatory Commission, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st February, 2012.
