TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 10th February, 2012 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 251 OF 2011 By (1) Simon Mwangi Githui and (2) Lizzie Muthoni Wanyoike, both of P.O. Box 5494, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s administrator and administratrix, respectively, through Messrs. Manani, Lilan & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Wangeci Mwangi, who died at Eldoret, on 31st December, 2010. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2012 By Rose Chepkoech Kirui, of P.O. Box 25, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah Kirwa Karonei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
