TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 325 OF 2010 By (1) Lawrence Mwiti M‘Arimi and (2) Pascasio Gitonga M‘Arimi, both of P.O. Box 231, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased‘s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M‘Arimi M‘Imanyara, late of Kariene, who died there on 14th August, 2008. CAUSE NO. 585 OF 2011 By Simon Mbaabu Marete, of P.O. Box 138, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murithi M‘Marete, late of Ukuu, who died there on 21st August, 2005. CAUSE NO. 674 OF 2011 By Amos Muranguri Barua, of P.O. Box 612, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s grandson, through Messrs. Mithega & Co., advocates of Meru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Mutaritho, late of Kiamuri, who died there on 7th October, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
